Delivery

pocolane.lt The online store delivers items within 2–6 business days. The exact delivery time is indicated for each item from the moment of order and payment. If the order deadline changes due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform the customer personally by phone or email.

Free delivery in Lithuania applies to orders of 60.00 EUR or more. The rates below apply to Latvia and Estonia.

Delivery methods in Lithuania

• Courier service – home delivery, regardless of weight, 6.66 EUR. Items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received, delivery time – 2 business days after dispatch. Shipments are sent only on business days. Not applicable to parcels to the Curonian Spit.
• OMNIVA parcel lockers throughout Lithuania – 2.66 EUR. Items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received, delivery time – 2–3 business days.
• LPEXPRESS pickup points throughout Lithuania – 2.66 EUR. Items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received, delivery time – 2–3 business days.
• Pre-order items are delivered a little later – usually within 5–7 business days from the order. These items travel from the warehouse and require a little more preparation time, but we strive to ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible. If the deadline changes, we will inform you personally by email.

Delivery to Latvia and Estonia

• Latvia – delivery to Omniva or Unisend parcel locker – 4.00 EUR; delivery by Omniva courier – 7.30 EUR.
• Estonia – delivery to Omniva or Unisend parcel locker – 4.00 EUR; delivery by Omniva courier – 7.30 EUR.

International delivery time depends on the selected carrier and the recipient's location. Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days after payment.

Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number. The tracking code is sent to your email when your shipment has been dispatched.

Currently, we deliver orders only within Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
