Purchase Rules

Last updated: 11 September 2026.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Purchase Terms govern the ordering, purchase, payment and delivery of products, the use of gift cards, withdrawal from the contract, returns, refunds and dispute resolution in the “PocoLane” online store.

1.2. The online store is operated by:

MB Pocolane
Company number: 307137531
VAT number: LT100018515213
Registered office: Bitės g. 12A, LT-41152 Biržai, Lithuania
Email: info@pocolane.lt
Telephone: +370 685 59861

In these Terms, MB Pocolane is referred to as the Seller, and the person ordering products as the Buyer.

1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the version of these Terms in force at the time of the order and agree to comply with them.

1.4. Where the Buyer is a consumer, these Terms do not limit and cannot remove any mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

2. Customer account and guest checkout

2.1. Products may be purchased through a “PocoLane” account or as a guest, without registering, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2.2. Registration is not required to exercise consumer rights, submit a return request, report a defective product or receive a refund.

2.3. A Buyer who checked out as a guest can locate the order in the returns system using the order number and the email address provided when making the purchase.

2.4. The Buyer must provide accurate contact, delivery and other information required to fulfil the order.

2.5. A Buyer with an account is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and must not disclose them to third parties.

3. Products and product information

3.1. The product page provides the product’s main characteristics, sizes, colours, composition, price and other important information.

3.2. We make every effort to present product images and colours accurately. However, the actual colour may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to display settings, lighting, photography or manufacturing characteristics.

3.3. Any important restrictions relating to use, age, safety or other matters are stated in the product description or in the information supplied with the product.

3.4. Stock levels may change in real time. Adding a product to the basket does not by itself reserve it.

4. Prices and discounts

4.1. All prices shown to consumers are in euros (EUR) and include VAT and other mandatory charges.

4.2. The final order amount, including the selected delivery charge and any discounts applied, is shown before the order is placed.

4.3. When a price reduction is announced, the previous price is the lowest price applied by the Seller during the 30 days before the reduction, except in cases provided for by law.

4.4. Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to clearly stated additional conditions, such as a validity period, minimum basket value, product categories or brands to which the offer applies.

4.5. If an obviously incorrect product price is displayed because of an evident technical or system error, the Seller may notify the Buyer before fulfilling the order. The Buyer may agree to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount paid.

5. Placing an order and formation of the contract

5.1. The Buyer selects the products, their size, colour or other variants and adds them to the basket.

5.2. At checkout, the Buyer provides the necessary contact and delivery details, selects delivery and payment methods, and checks the final amount payable.

5.3. Before placing the order, the Buyer has an opportunity to review and correct the information entered.

5.4. By accepting these Terms and pressing an order button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, the Buyer places an order involving payment.

5.5. The sale and purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer receives the Seller’s electronic order confirmation.

5.6. The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer and contains the main order information.

5.7. If payment is not confirmed, the product is objectively no longer available, the information provided does not allow the order to be fulfilled, or an obvious technical error is identified, the Seller will contact the Buyer and, where the order cannot be fulfilled, refund all amounts received for it.

6. Payment

6.1. Products may be paid for using the payment methods offered at checkout at that time, including payment card, online banking, Apple Pay, Google Pay, gift card or other methods offered by the Seller. A particular method, including Apple Pay or Google Pay, may appear only when it is available for the Buyer’s device, browser, payment account and selected country.

6.2. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, including Montonio.

6.3. “PocoLane” does not store bank-card details or online-banking login credentials when they are entered in the payment service provider’s environment.

6.4. The order begins to be processed after valid payment confirmation has been received, unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Discount codes and promotions

7.1. A discount code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

7.2. Only the number of discount codes permitted by the specific promotion and the checkout system may be used at one time.

7.3. Discount codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

7.4. If a product purchased at a discount is returned, the amount actually paid for that product will be refunded.

7.5. Where a discount was granted only because a clearly stated promotion condition was met—for example, purchasing a specified number of products or reaching a minimum basket value—and that condition is no longer met after a partial return, the refund may be recalculated in accordance with the promotion conditions clearly stated before purchase.

7.6. Products bought in a sale or promotion are covered by the same statutory consumer rights as products bought at the regular price.

8. Delivery

8.1. Available delivery methods, prices, free-delivery conditions and estimated delivery times are stated on the Delivery page and at checkout.

8.2. Products are delivered only within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

8.3. The Seller delivers products within the period stated when the order is placed. If no separate period is specified, products will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded.

8.4. If delivery is delayed because of unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer will be informed by email or another contact method provided by the Buyer.

8.5. Where the carrier is offered or selected by the Seller, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the product passes to the Buyer when the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

9. Pre-order products

9.1. A product marked “Pre-order” may not yet be held in the Seller’s main warehouse at the time of the order.

9.2. The estimated dispatch or delivery time for such a product is stated on the product page or the Delivery page.

9.3. If one order contains both regular and pre-order products, the whole order may be dispatched together according to the longest delivery time of any product in the order, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the order confirmation.

9.4. If the estimated delivery time for a pre-order product changes significantly, the Buyer will be informed and may accept the new date or cancel the undelivered product and receive a refund of the amount paid for it.

10. Uncollected parcels

10.1. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information and collect a parcel delivered to a parcel locker, collection point or other delivery location within the period specified by the carrier.

10.2. Failure to collect a parcel does not by itself constitute a clear statement by the Buyer that they are withdrawing from the contract.

10.3. If a parcel is returned to the Seller because the Buyer did not collect it, the Seller will contact the Buyer about redelivery or cancellation of the order.

10.4. The Buyer may be required to pay the new delivery costs in the event of redelivery.

11. Right to withdraw from a distance contract

11.1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from an online sale and purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason, except where a statutory exception applies.

11.2. For products, the 14-day period begins on the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, receives the product. Where several products bought in one order are delivered separately, the period is calculated from receipt of the last product in accordance with the law.

11.3. To withdraw from the contract, the consumer must clearly notify the Seller of their decision before the deadline.

11.4. A request may be submitted:

  • using the electronic contract-withdrawal and returns function on the “PocoLane” Returns page;
  • by email to info@pocolane.lt;
  • or by sending the Seller another clear statement.

11.5. Registration is not required. A Buyer who checked out as a guest can verify the order in the electronic returns system using the order number and the email address used for the purchase.

11.6. When a withdrawal request is submitted electronically, the Seller will promptly acknowledge its receipt to the consumer on a durable medium, usually by email.

11.7. After notifying the Seller of the withdrawal in time, the product must be sent back or handed over without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice was given.

12. Condition of returned products

12.1. A consumer may inspect and try on a product to the same extent as would normally be permitted in a physical shop.

12.2. The consumer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

12.3. Where possible, please return the product with its labels, accessories and packaging. However, the absence of the original packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

12.4. After receiving the returned product, the Seller may inspect its condition and, where there is a lawful basis, assess any diminished value caused by use.

13. Return costs

13.1. When a product of satisfactory quality is returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the Buyer bears the direct cost of sending the product back to the Seller.

13.2. If the Buyer received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the Seller bears reasonable return costs.

13.3. Before sending back a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the Buyer is advised to submit a return request and follow the shipping instructions provided by the Seller.

14. Refunds

14.1. Following a valid withdrawal from the entire distance contract, the Seller will refund all amounts received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, in accordance with the law.

14.2. If the Buyer selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard method offered by the Seller, the additional delivery-cost difference will not be refunded.

14.3. If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery costs will be refunded only to the extent required by applicable law in the particular circumstances.

14.4. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. The Seller may, however, withhold the refund until it receives the product or the consumer supplies evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

14.5. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no additional costs as a result.

15. Gift cards

15.1. A “PocoLane” gift card is an electronic code that may be supplied by email or on a physical card and may be used during its validity period to purchase products from the “PocoLane” online store up to the value available on the card.

15.2. A gift card is valid for 6 months (183 calendar days) from its creation (code-generation) date. Choosing a future delivery date does not extend its validity or restart the validity period on the delivery date. The exact expiry is stated in the gift-card email and on the card. Cards issued before 10 September 2026 retain the validity period stated when they were issued.

15.3. The expiry date is stated in the email sent with the gift card or made available to the Buyer by another means.

15.4. A gift card may be used for more than one purchase until its full balance is used or it expires.

15.5. If the purchase total is less than the gift-card balance, the unused balance remains on the card and may be used later before expiry.

15.6. If the purchase total exceeds the gift-card balance, the remainder may be paid using another payment method offered at checkout.

15.7. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless the Seller expressly states otherwise.

15.8. A gift card and its unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is mandatorily required by applicable law.

15.9. The right to withdraw from an online purchase of a gift card applies to the extent prescribed by law. A Buyer wishing to withdraw from the purchase of an unused gift card should notify the Seller within 14 days of the contract being concluded and before the gift-card code is used. If the card has already been used in full or in part, the refund amount and other consequences of withdrawal will be determined under mandatory law and by reference to the value actually used.

15.10. After the gift card expires, any unused balance is not refunded and its validity is not extended automatically, unless the Seller chooses to extend it as a gesture of goodwill or the law requires otherwise.

15.11. The gift-card code must be protected as a means of payment. If a third party uses the code without the card owner’s permission, the Seller is not responsible for value already used, except where this occurred through the Seller’s fault.

15.12. If the Buyer loses the code of an unused gift card, they may contact the Seller. If entitlement to the card can be verified and its balance has not been used, the Seller may issue a replacement code and cancel the previous one.

15.13. The Buyer may choose to receive the gift card by email or as a physical card by post. A physical card is sent to the shipping address entered at checkout. The Buyer may enter their own or the recipient’s shipping address and is responsible for its accuracy.

15.14. The normal delivery methods, timeframes and prices shown at checkout apply to physical cards, and delivery is available only in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Validity runs from code creation, so time in postal delivery does not extend it.

15.15. Whether a gift card is delivered by email or on a physical card, its code is initially unrestricted by email and may be passed to another person. On the first successful use of its code, the card is linked to the billing email for that order; subsequent use requires the same email address.

16. Returns of products paid for with a gift card

16.1. If a returned product was paid for entirely with a gift card, the refund is not paid in cash or by bank transfer. It is credited back to the same gift card.

16.2. If it is technically impossible to credit the amount to the same gift card, the Buyer will receive a new electronic “PocoLane” gift card or store-credit code for the corresponding amount.

16.3. The replacement code is sent to the email address used for the returned order. The Buyer does not need to have or create a “PocoLane” account.

16.4. If the original gift card has expired at the time of the refund or cannot technically be restored, the newly issued refund credit will be valid for 6 months (183 calendar days) from its issue date.

16.5. If an order was paid for partly by gift card and partly by another payment method, the part of the refund paid by gift card is returned as gift-card credit, while the part paid by the other method is returned to the corresponding original payment method.

16.6. In the case of a partial return, the refund may be allocated technically among the different payment sources in accordance with the order’s payment structure. However, the total refunded to each source cannot exceed the amount originally paid for the order using that method.

16.7. This process also applies to Buyers who checked out as guests.

17. Exchanges

17.1. The “PocoLane” online store does not offer direct exchanges of products of satisfactory quality for another size, colour or model.

17.2. A Buyer who wants a different size, colour or model may return the existing product under the applicable return conditions and place a new order.

17.3. This does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the sale and purchase contract.

18. When the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply

18.1. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases provided for by law.

18.2. These may include, for example, products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, products liable to deteriorate rapidly, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

18.3. An exception applies only where the particular product and the circumstances of its sale actually meet the conditions laid down by law.

19. Defective or non-conforming products

19.1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of products with the sale and purchase contract under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

19.2. The Seller is liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery, unless the law provides more favourable terms for the consumer in the particular case.

19.3. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the consumer may use the remedies provided by law.

19.4. In the first instance, the consumer may require the product to be repaired or replaced free of charge, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on the Seller.

19.5. In the circumstances provided for by law, the consumer may require a proportionate price reduction or terminate the sale and purchase contract.

19.6. To report a defective product, the Buyer may use the online returns form or email info@pocolane.lt, stating the order number and the nature of the problem.

19.7. Where necessary to assess the problem, the Seller may ask for photographs of the product or other reasonably necessary information.

20. Complaints and dispute resolution

20.1. The Buyer may submit requests, claims and complaints by email to info@pocolane.lt.

20.2. The request should preferably state the Buyer’s full name, contact details, order number, the circumstances of the issue and the desired solution.

20.3. The Seller will examine a consumer’s written request free of charge and, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving it, provide a detailed, reasoned written response supported by documents where the claim is rejected or accepted only in part.

20.4. If the consumer is dissatisfied with the Seller’s response, or the Seller rejects the claim or accepts it only in part, the consumer may contact:

State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT)
A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania
Website: vvtat.lrv.lt
Online application: Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS)

20.5. The consumer’s right to bring proceedings before a court is not limited.

21. Personal data

21.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed for concluding and fulfilling the order, payment, delivery, returns, customer service, compliance with legal obligations and other purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

21.2. Detailed information about personal-data processing is provided in the separate “PocoLane” Privacy Policy.

22. Validity and amendment of these Terms

22.1. An order is governed by the version of these Terms accepted by the Buyer when placing that order.

22.2. The Seller may amend these Terms for future orders to reflect changes in the law, store functionality or business processes.

22.3. Amendments do not change the terms of an already concluded sale and purchase contract to the Buyer’s detriment and do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

22.4. These Terms and the sale and purchase contract are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without limiting the protection mandatorily afforded to the consumer under applicable law.
